We are excited to announce the addition of a great new agent and due to high demand the creation of a property management division. We will make a more formal announcement in the near future. Here is a little about Rob! Welcome Rob!

Robert Dandrea
Director of Property Management

Rob is from Dayton, Ohio where he spent most of his management career in the medical field working with Dentists/Pharmacists/Veterinarians to help improve the bottom line results for their businesses. With this knowledge he has been successful working with national investors and has shown strong growth in acquisitions which has resulted in his ability to manage multiple task.

Rob moved to Florida in the late 90’s where he met his wife, Barbara. Rob began his real estate career with Century 21 in the Tampa Bay market where he gained unparalleled experience in residential and investment real estate transactions, as well as property management.
Rob and Barbara relocated to the Venice, FL area. He joined West Villages Realty where he focuses on residential sales, developing a property management & rental business as well as investment opportunities for his clients.
